I loved my stay here because it was super close to the Royal Botanic Garden, which is perfect for leisurely strolls, and just a 10-minute walk to the Palace of Holyroodhouse, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying the sights from my clean, comfortable room.

central location, small private parking, recently decorated common areas

Bathroom lacked ventilation and proper space!!! Unfinished details like handrails and plaster. A longer power board for hairdryers would be convenient!!! Mattress sheets too small!!!

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We loved being close to the local pubs and restaurants, only a 15-minute walk to the Royal Mile. The free parking was great, and the room was comfy. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast every morning! Check out the Virgin Active health club nearby for a great workout before exploring the city.

The only downside was that we were on the top floor, and there were a lot of stairs, which was a bit of a trek after a long day.
